Everything there was great and the staff were helpful. Booked double room with a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The location was particularly good and incredible, in the town centre and the interior design was modern. Enjoyed the nearby Pastelaria Polo Norte, they had my favourite coffee:)))

no complaints whatsoever, the venue met all requests. appreciated mafra, the hotel was first-rate and exceptionally comfortable near a roundabout. booked a room with comfortable bed. also, location was favourable and incredible, a 10-15 minute walk from mafra. it was also just off mafra, lisbon, and the main square and cathedral.

Friendly and accommodating staff made my stay more pleasant.
I was disappointed with the towels not being changed automatically. Twice, I had to request dry towels, as the ones provided were completely wet and unusable in winter. The basic breakfast was okay, but I expected a bit more variety, especially for a longer stay.

Aye, this spot was mad nice! The room we had was big and clean, and that bed was like sleepin' on clouds, for real. Breakfast was dope too, so many tasty choices. Plus, the staff was cool, lettin' us chill with our bags till we caught the bus. I ain't ready to leave this cozy vibe!

The staff were friendly and offered great local dining suggestions .
I did experience issues with towel changes, as twice they were not refreshed automatically when needed, leading to inconvenience.

The room was very alright, if you like bare essentials, but I mean, who does? Twice my towels weren't changed, unacceptable, especially in winter. I also expected a welcome gift or complimentary treatment, but apparently, they reserve that for others. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't overlook the disappointment.

I loved our time exploring the nearby seaside town of Ericeira, known for its fine views and as a popular surfing spot. The kids had a blast enjoying the beach. The room was comfy and well-kept.
My children wanted more family-friendly activities.
